Field Falcons 10U beat Greentown 7-4 in four innings on Wednesday at Brimfield Elementary School behind Deegan Y, who went 0-0.

Ethan B got it done on the mound on the way to a win. He pitched 1 1/3 shutout innings. Ethan struck out two, walked three and gave up no hits.

Ang was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked five and struck out six.

Field Falcons 10U went up for good in the first, scoring one run on.

Field Falcons 10U piled on four more runs in the bottom of the second. Eli W's single got things going, plating Jacob K. That was followed up by Carter L's single, plating Austin B and Eli.

Greentown scored four runs in the top of the third to cut its deficit to one. A walk by Matthew, a two-run single by Kenyon, and a wild pitch set off Greentown rally. The Greentown threat came to an end when Will N finally got Peyton to ground out.
