Field Falcons 10U beat Field Heat on Saturday 12-6 at Volunteer Park in six innings.

Field Falcons 10U scored five runs in the fifth on Field Falcons 10U scored in the fifth on a two-run single by Carter Little, a wild pitch, an error, and an RBI double by Mitchell Long.

The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to four lead changes in the game.

Field Falcons 10U finally managed to grab the lead after a strong fourth inning. Field Falcons 10U scored on a two-run triple by Mason Long off Tyler L, plating Timmy Farnsworth and Mitchell.

Timmy racked up three RBIs on three hits for Field Falcons 10U. He tripled in the fourth inning and singled in the second and fifth innings.

Riley Tisher got the win in relief for Field Falcons 10U. Riley pitched two innings and allowed three runs.

Tyler L couldn't get it done on the rubber for Field Heat, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked four and struck out seven.

The top of the second saw Field Heat take an early lead, 3-0. Field Heat caught fire after Casey doubled. Then Tyler L doubled, plating Casey. More runs came home for Field Heat when L scored on a fielder's choice and William scored on an RBI single by Eli.

It didn't take long for Field Falcons 10U to answer as it scored three runs of its own in the second. Field Falcons 10U scored on an RBI single by Jacob Kucalaba, an error, and an RBI single by Timmy.

Field Falcons 10U didn't give up the lead after the fourth inning. Additional runs came from a two-run triple by Timmy.
