Pitchers had a tough day during the game between Field Falcons 10U and Rubber City Renegades, as the two teams put up 20 runs combined in a 12-8 Field Falcons 10U win.

Hitters on both sides were strong at the plate as the teams combined for 13 hits, including three extra base hits.

Jared Jones racked up five RBIs on two hits for Field Falcons 10U. He singled in the second inning and tripled in the third inning.

Riley Tisher got it done on the mound on the way to a win. He allowed two runs over three innings. He struck out four, walked one and surrendered two hits.

Justin Fuller couldn't get it done on the bump for Rubber City Renegades, taking a loss. He lasted just one inning, walked five, struck out none, and allowed five runs.

The top of the first saw Rubber City Renegades take an early lead, 1-0.Gavin Long kicked things off for Rubber City Renegades with a single. A stolen base then moved Gavin from first to second.

It didn't take long for Field Falcons 10U to respond as it scored one run of its own in the first. Field Falcons 10U scored on an error.

The lead stayed with Field Falcons 10U after the second, when it scored six runs on three singles.

Field Falcons 10U scored five runs of its own in the third. Field Falcons 10U scored on a walk by Riley, a three-run triple by Jared, and an RBI single byCarter Little.

Four runs in the top of the fifth helped Rubber City Renegades close its deficit to 12-6. A wild pitch, a two-run double by Devon Lehman, and a wild pitch gave Rubber City Renegades life. Carter Roberts struck out to end the Rubber City Renegades threat.

After pushing across two runs in the top of the sixth, Rubber City Renegades faced just a 12-8 deficit. An error and a groundout by Cole Diefendorfsparked Rubber City Renegades' rally. Jared ended the game by getting Alex Wines to ground out.
