Field Falcons 10U lost a battle of the bats on Monday at Greensburg United Methodist Church, falling short in a 14-12 ballgame against Prestige Baseball.

Jared Jones racked up three RBIs on three hits for Field Falcons 10U. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the second and fifth innings.

B Keith recorded the win for Prestige Baseball. He allowed two runs over 2 1/3 innings. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered six hits.

C DusmanA Larimore and L Ball helped lead Prestige Baseball. They combined for five hits and six RBIs.

Mason Long took the loss for Field Falcons 10U. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed five runs.

Field Falcons 10U jumped out to an early 3-0 lead in the top of the first.Jacob Kucalaba singled to ignite Field Falcons 10U's offense. A stolen base then moved Jacob from first to second. Mason singled, scoring Jacob. Field Falcons 10U then tacked on more runs when L scored on a wild pitch and T scored on an RBI double by Jared.

Prestige Baseball survived Field Falcons 10U's surge and put up four runs of its own in the first. Prestige Baseball scored on an RBI single by L Day, a two-run triple by L B, and an error.

It didn't take long for Prestige Baseball to answer as it scored four runs of its own in the third. Prestige Baseball scored on an RBI single by A, an RBI single by G Cursio, and a two-run single by J Heap.

Prestige Baseball never surrendered the lead after the fourth inning, scoring five runs on an RBI double by L B, an error, a groundout by L D, and an RBI single by A.

After pushing across two runs in the top of the fifth, Field Falcons 10U faced just a 14-12 deficit. A wild pitch and an RBI single by Jared fueled Field Falcons 10U's comeback. Prestige Baseball stopped the rally after B gotLucas Cody to strike out.
