Field Falcons 10U fell 12-11 to the Copley Indians in six innings on Saturday at Arrowhead Elementary despite racking up 10 hits and 11 runs.

Riley Tisher got a hit in each of his three at bats. He singled in the first, second, and fifth innings.

Cameron Hartzfeld got it done on the bump on the way to a win. He allowed two runs over two innings. He struck out one, walked three and surrendered one hit.

Carter Little couldn't get it done on the rubber for Field Falcons 10U, taking a loss. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out two, and allowed three runs.

In the top of the first, Field Falcons 10U grabbed the early lead, 3-0. A single by Riley, scoring Mason Long started the inning off. Field Falcons 10U pushed more runs across when T and J scored on a two-run single by Carter.

Field Falcons 10U brought home three runs in the second inning, and matched that run total in the fifth. In the second, Field Falcons 10U scored on a wild pitch, bringing home Timmy Farnsworth.

The game's last lead went to the Copley Indians thanks to a third inning rally that saw six runs cross the plate on an error, a groundout by Shane Arp, two singles, and.

Two runs in the top of the fourth helped Field Falcons 10U close its deficit to 9-8. An RBI single by Carter and a wild pitch gave Field Falcons 10U life. The Copley Indians stopped the rally after Cameron got Quin Shuman to ground out.

It didn't take long for the Copley Indians to respond as they scored three runs of their own in the fourth. The Copley Indians scored on an RBI single by Cameron and a two-run error.

After pushing across three runs in the top of the fifth, Field Falcons 10U faced just a 12-11 deficit. A walk by Jared Jones, a wild pitch, and an RBI single by Carter triggered Field Falcons 10U's comeback. The Field Falcons 10U threat came to an end when Dustin Pudlowski finally got Mitchell Long to ground out.
