Field Falcons 9U drops high-scoring affair to Ohio Bombers BLUE, 12-11

Five hits weren't enough for Field Falcons 9U as it lost a shootout, 12-11 in six innings, to Ohio Bombers BLUE on Tuesday at Allerton.

 

Drexal McAmis reached base three times in the game for Field Falcons 9U. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He singled in the first inning.

 

Adam recorded the win for Ohio Bombers BLUE. He pitched one-third shutout innings. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Carter Little couldn't get it done on the rubber for Field Falcons 9U, taking a loss. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed five runs.

Field Falcons 9U jumped out to an early 4-0 lead in the top of the first. A single by Grady Eader, plating Jacob Kucalaba started the inning off.
